Delayed Ticket Delivery: If you have purchased tickets through asapseats.com and the reseller fails to deliver the tickets by the agreed-upon in hand date, we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.

Replacement Tickets: In the event that the original tickets you purchased cannot be delivered by the stated in hand date, we will make every effort to secure replacement tickets of equal or better value for the same event. In the rare occurrence replacement tickets are not available, we will explore alternative options to ensure you can still attend the event.

Full Refund: If, despite our efforts, we are still unable to secure replacement tickets or suitable alternatives for the event, we will provide you with a full refund for the purchase price of the tickets, including any associated fees.
